K cups

We bought a Keurig for our anniversary and I'm looking to load up on k cups. Where do you buy them?

I used a 20% coupon at BBB and got few. Are there other places to order in bulk and save? DH wants Dunkin Donuts, but it looks like we'll have to get those at the store. I want to try a sampler with flavored coffee.

Do you have a favorite coffee?

Just some advice...I bought cups for a while and then when I found my favorites, I bought a reusable kcup and ground coffee. It is not the pita that you would think it would be. I run soapy water through it every morning, and then put it in the dishwasher when I remember...maybe once a week.

It's all good. I am planning on buying a reusable k cup thing to use up the coffee we already have. I saw plastic ones on Amazon for $5 and stainless steel ones at BBB for $15. Is it worth spending the extra money?

Coffee, I get at Sams. I like the donut shop and caribou coffees. I also like the iced tea k cups. Snapple has a peach tea that's really good. Target usually has coupons for k cups, so check their website if you shop there often.

Glad to hear you like the Caribou. I bought some for DH since I couldn't get Dunkin Donuts. I thought I heard it was supposed to be good. I love Starbucks and he hates it, while I hate Dunkin Donuts. This single cup business should work out well :)

  • I've ordered my K cups online on the Keurig website. The great thing is that you can buy sampler packs (5 K cups in a box) for $3. It's a great way to find out which coffees are your favorite, instead of having to buy an 18 pack and not like it :)

Plus if you're a member (which is free I think), you get a small discount :)

Amazon subscribe and save San Francisco brand. They have less plastic than branded K cups, taste good, are cheaper, and make the granola cruncher in me feel better about using a disposable system when our French press still works perfectly well with no landfill waste.

  • It seems like K cups are everywhere now.  I don't use mine regularly, so I tend to grab packs on a whim when they are on sale.  I really like the Wegmans donut store, though I admit I am not very picky when it comes to coffee.

I have the ekobrew. It is plastic with a metal mesh filter. I also don't get the sediment at the bottom of my cup that I read about in the reviews.

  • We found Sams Club has the best prices. Also, we often find them super cheap at TJ Max and Home Goods.
