Good Fitness Dvd rec's?

I have twins and will be heading back to work shortly, can anyone recommend a 20 to 30 minute DVD that I could do some mornings? Looking at my schedule its all I can afford to give at this moment in life.

  • I like 30 day shred or ripped in 30 by Jillian michaels. They are 20 minutes. Rippled in 30 is the more advanced of the two. I actually like 30 day shred better.

  • The 30DS is my go to. I also do a lot of the on demand videos. They have a lot of 10-15 minute videos. I'll do a few of those when I can only fit in a quick workout.

  • I need longer programs like T25 or Turbo Fire.  I'm also in LOVE with Les Mills' COMBAT right now!  If a work out is longer than I have time for, I just do what I can.

  • Focus T25 is a new beachbody workout by the creator of Insanity (Shaun T).  I tried Insanity after I could lose weight after baby no 2 and loved it but it took up too much time and I was only able to start it after I could get my son to sleep through the night.  Focus T25 is only 25 minutes a day -- I wish it was out last year!  There are a number of different workouts each targeting different areas.  I am finally losing the pooch.

    Anyway...to answer the original question, I am a big fan of Jillian Michael's videos...at home I have the Yoga Meltdown (which is the favorite of my toddler), 6-Pack Abs and Shred It with Weights (geared towards using a kettle bell, which I prefer).  I also have the dvds that came with both my kettle bells and my BOSU balls...but not a fan of either.  We also have a couple Rodney Yee yoga DVDs that each have at least four individual workouts or 'practices' if you will.

  • Sunidaze and everyone else looking at this post.  I apologize if you think my post was inappropriate. I am not trying to sell anything and don't see where I have violated the TOS by suggesting a program I believe in.  Whether you purchase the T25 program the regular beachbody site or if you sign up for Team Beachbody and have another coach assigned, or buy it on Amazon, Ebay or some other retailer, my accountability group is just a forum for moms like us to keep each other motivated.  That was my purpose in sharing.  I truly believe in T25 -- I've already lost 2 pounds and an inch in my belly and hips (1/2 inch each) in two weeks on this program.  As I mentioned, I wish I had it a year ago instead of the 1 hour workouts I endured.  But again, I'm sorry if you though my post was inapproriate.
