Ladies.....hello I posted something yesterday about blogs I know some of u ansswered but anyway ...
My question is how long did u wait to test....its killing me to wait a week still to see if my period comes....but I don't want to test tomorrow at 10dpo and be disapointed either or have to still wait till thu or fir and test again....ahahah I hate waiting.

Thanks in advance for any input I don't want to post on the ttcal board and hurt or upset anyone

I tested at 8 DPO, which was just dumb, and I knew it at the time. I tested again at 10 DPO and had a faint positive on a wondfo, and very clear positives on FRER and CBE digital.

I got mine at 11dpo. I don't use flat store ones, they aren't supposed to be used, in most cases, too after your missed period. You could probably test tomorrow, with first morning urine. I've got my fingers crossed for you. You helped me a bit after my loss, and I definitely remember you. Let us know!

Mine was a surprise and u wasnt charting, but since my boyfriend works out of town, I know which weekend it was. I was 7 or 8 dpo, but I started with twins so my numbers were higher.

I got a very strong positive at 13 dpo. I only tested because I had a bacholorette party to go to and I wanted to see if I could drink. Otherwise I would have waited to see if I missed my period.

This is exactly and confirmed with betas at 12dpo when my RE had them originally scheduled.

The wait got to me this last time. I tested at 10dpo (first a.m. urine) and got a BFP. Tested again after 14dpo just to make sure. Yep, BFP! Good luck!

I tested at 9dpo and got a squinter. I don't recommend doing that because I would have beat my self up if it had been a bfn. I used a FRER and a Wondfo with FMU.

My RE suggested to wait until CD34. The positive was very clear at that point.

I can't remember but are you charting this cycle? If you're not I would try to wait because you can't be sure of when you O'd so it's entirely possible you would test and get a BFN but it could just be to early.

No ikm not charting or anything just started ff.....I took dollar store brand(which I hate ) last night was a bfn....which was good I was drinking at my cousing grad party....and I have to work next 3 days so won't be able to get to store till thur......so oh well have to wait

I remember u too! Thanks for the info!.....I have to wait I work next 3 days won't get to the store woth my crasy hours...I tested last night like a dummy...with crappy dollar store brand. I've never used those before. I'm glad I could help u in past.....so does this mean u transitioned or r u lurkign? I hope the best forr u!

I don't test, but to clarify, I did an IUI, so I went in for a blood test at 14dpo. I hate to see negatives! GL to you!

I was a chicken and didn't test until after my + beta! So that put me at 16dpo. Good luck OP!

I got a bfn on 9 DPO and a BFP on 11 DPO, so I'd definitely suggest waiting until at least 10-11-12 DPO to save yourself from a false negative. Had I not gotten sick the night before, I never would have taken that 11 DPO test honestly. But DH was pushing me the next morning so I gave in. I think he was more anxious than I was ;-)

And I 2nd the thanks for not posting on TTCAL. Those ladies are so awesome, I'm glad you realized it would be hurtful. I wish others would be that mindful sometimes . . .

I got my BFP on 8DPO. I was going to wait until 9 since that is when I got it last time, but I was very very tired and my curiosity got the best of me. It was a squinter on the wondfo but it was faint but clearly visible on the FRER.

It was really hard to wait but at 14 dpo I tested and got a faint positive. Had a blood test the next day and came back at 81 but the brand of hpt wasent as sensitive as others. Check the sensitivity of the test before getting your hopes up.

Tests only register after there's a certain level of hcg in your urine. Every test is different. Some tests won't register before you miss your period, others do. Read the labels.

Ok thanks that's what I reaD on the dollar store brand after I had taken 2 tests I thought what a waste of a couple bucks
