Damn, I'm OLD! This is baby #1, and I'll have just turned 31. DH will be 34.
Yet we are among the first of my friends to have a baby. I think people in DC wait a lot longer than everywhere else.

If you're old, what does that make me?
I'll be 34 when I have this one. I was 31 when I delivered DD. I'm from DC as well, and you're right, we seem to do this later than other places.
Another DC here! I'm 34 and I'm one of the first of our friends too.

Baby's due 2 weeks before my 34th, but if he/she is anything like me & 2 weeks late I might be 34 when I deliver! But my old officemate was from DC and had her first at 33, second at 35. She was right in the middle of the pack in DC, but when she moved down south (GA) she was literally the oldest mom at the daycare (by like 10 years!)

Not from DC, but may end up in DC by the time we have this little one (DH is looking for jobs in that area). I will be 31 with my first, and am similarly one of the first of my friends from college to have kids.
However I currently live in GA and sure enough, almost all of my friends here have kids. Go figure.
I will be 34, and this will be my first (fx). I didn't get married until I was 31, and I spent 8 years as a trial attorney, before transitioning into a less stressful career. I've also had two previous losses. For me personally, this doesn't feel "old,"as my mom didn't have her first until 34, and I have many friends who are childless, single, etc.

People in NYC/NJ also wait a lot longer. I'm 36, will be 37 when the baby's born. My friend who is a few months older than me is also pregnant right now (though it's her second), and most of my other friends have very small babies or toddlers under 2.
BFP with #1 (twins!) 11/18/2011 - missed m/c at 8weeks3days; d&c 1/19/2012; myomectomy to remove 18cm+,10cm & 5cm fibroids 4/2012; TTC again 7/2012; BFP #2 (twins) 11/13/2012; missed m/c at 7weeks;
BFP #3: baby girl born 3/5/2014
I'm 41 now and will be 42 when I deliver (my bday is March 7). This is our 1st - at first we waited by choice as we pursued degrees/careers, and then didn't think it was going to happen after my husband was diagnosed with cancer 3 years ago. He is in remission now and doing great, but we were told that his chemo treatments made him infertile. Needlesstosay we are in shock and beyond overjoyed with this pregnancy! I firmly believe that our healthy lifestyles made this possible for us.
I'll be 30 but I liked how the poll could be 25-30 or 30-35. Since I tell everyone I'm 27, I chose the first option.
I need to pay more attention before I start clicking on things- I voted 30-35, but much prefer the 25-30 option! I will be turning 30 in January, was 24 with DD1 and 26 with DD2.
Two DDs 10/08 and 08/10, no primary IF
TTC #3 since 10/2011 - dx unexplained/weak ovulation
3 BFN clomid + TI cycles, 5 BFN clomid/gonal f IUIs, 1 mmc IUI
2/19/2014 IVF #1 Unexpected low E2 (oversuppressed) -> increased to max doses = 3 or 4 follicles, converting to IUI
BFFP Saw 1 beautiful heartbeat at 6w6d, follow up u/s at 9w showed mmc. Eff this.
NTNP 5/2014-9/2014, OPKs and TI 10/2014 - 1/2015.
RPL testing all normal, AFC, AMH, and FSH all normal.
My baby is due on my 37th bday. Lol. March 18. So.... I might be 36 or I might be 37..... My older 3 kiddos were all very late though. A minimum of 10 days late so chances are I'll be 37. Age is truly just a number. However my back has been out for 3 weeks. A and I can't even put on my own shoes. Nothing like a back injury to make a girl feel old.
I'm 36; DS 14; DS 12; DD 9; SD 15; SD 9 and DH 37 BFP July 10, 2013 and EDD march 18, 2014. Left ovarian cyst and right unicornuate uterus (will likely be treated high risk again)
