You will be there for a while, so be prepared for that! My appointments usually last about 2 hours. My MFM first measures my cervix then on to the AS scan. I meet with the Dr after for a brief consult.
In addition to all of the detailed measurements they will do of both babies for the anatomy scan, they will probably check your cervical length, check on the placenta location(s), cord blood flow, and amniotic fluid levels. I would imagine you'd also have time to visit with the MFM and ask any questions that you have. Good luck!
