Cough help

What should I do? Addie has only been sick once and it was a quick cold when we were traveling so I feel kind of lost.

She woke up Saturday from her second nap with a fever of 101. We thought it was teething since other than that she seemed fine. Gave Tylenol and it came down. Then she woke a few times crying sat night which she never ever does but easily went back to sleep. Sunday no fever but seemed like she didn't feel quite right and naps were a bit rough. Yesterday she was normal and slept through the night but....

She woke up this morning with a cough and bit of congestion. No fever.

Should I take her to the doc or just treat here? What do I do.
I have the natural version of baby Vicks I can use and a humidifier. She hates the nose sucker like its killing her so don't know if ill be able to suction anything.

I think you pretty much hit on all the important parts. Steamy bathroom time, nose sucker, baby vicks, humidifier...I think that's about it.

I agree. It's probably a little virus. If the cough gets worse, she gets short of breath or you notice difficulty breathing/rib retractions, or she runs higher fever take her in!
