    Mom: Melissa LO is fed BM plus oil (for weight gain) from a bottle. LO is 8 month. Wake: 8-9 o'clock (after I have pumped) Change diaper and out of PJs. 1 ounce bottle with morning meds. Morning conversation and interaction while 4 oz. bottle warms. Eats 2 oz. then plays independently, eats 2 oz. then morning nap. 1 hr nap. Wake: 4 oz. bottle. For the spam of 3 hours, independent play (rolling on the floor, play gym, picking up toys, grabbing feet), work on therapy techniques to build arm strength (usually 30 minutes), independent play, sit in Bumbo to eat 1/3 an ounce of purée, cuddle time and start/finish another 4 oz. bottle, then nap time. 1 hour nap, finish /start 4 oz. bottle, play time on the floor, go for a walk around the block, eat bottle, play in exersaucer while I cook dinner (usually 20-30 minutes). Cuddle, 4 oz. bottle, nap for 1 hour, usually about 7pm. Wake: 1 oz bottle with meds. Play time with Daddy, play time on floor, bath time, 4 oz. bottle (dim lights) and cuddle time with Daddy, bed time about 10pm with jungle night sounds. DD sleeps through the night.

    Mom:Sarah, breastfed, currently 7 months old. 8:00 - wake up, nurses 8:30-9:00 - play time, go for a walk 9:00 - breakfast of fruit/oatmeal 9:30 - nap 11:00 - wake up, nurse 11:30-1:00 - errands/outing or play time 1:30 - nurse and nap 2:30 - wake up. Independent play time on floor or exersaucer while mom preps for dinner. Ply with mom until nap. 4:30 - nurse and nap 5:00 - wake up, play with dad while mom finishes dinner 5:30 - dinner of vegetable 6:30 - walk with mom, dad & dog 7:00 - bedtime routine: nurse, bath, story, rock and sing, into bed awake. Asleep around 7:30. Wakes up once around 5:00 a.m. to nurse.
