Reflexology

My neighbor is a licensed massage therapist and she offered me a free reflexology appt this week. Wondering if it is a good or bad idea. I'm 24 weeks and know prenatal massages are good but wasn't sure about reflexology. It will be my first time.

    I had a session while my sister got a pedicure. Just feet and legs. It was great! She did say there are certain points which can induce labor. Your friend might come in handy later on lol! I'm sure she knows what points to avoid for now.
