Hello Ladies!
The home stretch check in! Hope everyone is doing great! I don't know where everyone is but in NY and NJ we have been been having a horrible heat wave that is making me miserable! How are you handling the weather? I am working off a laptop right now so I can't try the fix that was suggested last week (maybe I will come back later and update the formatting).

Re: ~~3rd Tri Check in~~
We're at 38 weeks now and are so excited and anxious about baby coming! The bags are packed, car seat is installed, and we've checked everything off of the to-do list. Now comes the waiting and it is making me so nervous! Everything has been fine at the doctor. It's super hot in Virginia too (heat index of 107 here yesterday!)- I hope y'all are staying cool in the summer heat!
I don't have many dreams about the baby, but when I have lately, I'm always trying to figure out what the sex is (we're still Team Green). Baby is always in a carrier or being held and I can't see it's face or tell if it is a boy or girl. I'm ready to find out!
Six months of Metformin=BFN, Six rounds of Clomid=BFN
October 2012: Follistim, Ovidrel and 1500MG Metformin = BFP!
11/20/2012: Beta #1- 176! 11/23/2012: Beta #2- 738!
I'll be 35 weeks tomorrow, and continue to count the days until DS' arrival on the 16th (RCS date) or sooner! I'll probably pack my hospital bag this weekend if I can get motivated, if not, definitely next weekend. I spoke with my boss about cutting back my hours in early August to 50% (thankfully I have some comp time I can use, so I'll still have plenty of time for 12 weeks FMLA), since my projects are hitting a lull (thank goodness), and she was fine with that.
Funny thing happened with my boss yesterday that I have to AW about. She asked about etiquette for throwing a second shower, particularly since this one will be a different sex (really felt like it wasn't fair to him, LOL). She said she asked two of my coworkers, who correctly explained why it's not done (my boss is Chinese, as in from China, so doesn't know all the U.S. etiquette despite having lived here for some time), but wanted to check with me too. I told her they were right, but that if she wanted to do a cake and little get together (we do that for all big events, but generally no presents), that was fine, but that nobody should consider it a gift-giving event. My boss was ok with that, but was so sweet, she said she'd already bought DS a gift, and plans to buy me a gift card as well.
I really do have the best boss ever. I started working for her 9/1/10, got married 10/10/10, and took a 2-week honeymoon shortly thereafter, went on 12-weeks FMLA for DD last summer, and am about to do it again next month with DS, and she has been nothing more than supportive the entire time.
IVF #1: 9/11: ER: 12R, 11M, 10F, No Frosties; 5dt: 2 blasts, 1 morula; DD born 6/3/12
IVF #2: 11/12-12/12: ER: 20R, 20M, 16F, 4 Frosties; 5dt: 3 blasts, DS born 8/9/13
Update: I'll be 35/35 tomorrow and I'm starting to feel so unprepared! A friend is taking a few maternity shots this weekend but other than that, I'll be spending all weekend trying to finish up the nursery, washing clothes, organizing the closet, and writing Thank You notes. I still feel like there are tons of little things left that'll fall through the cracks. I did see Levi for what may be the last time on Monday when I was released from my MFM. Can't belive he'll be here in 7 weeks, tops!
QOTW: I'm not sure if you mean real dreams or like dreams/aspirations. For real dreams, I don't think I sleep well enough to dream these days. I did have one a few weeks ago where I gave birth in our shower while home alone. That would be interesting.

As far as dreams go, my aspirations for her are that she has as great of a childhood as I did! I was able to experience a variety of activities, family events and am still really close to not only my immediate family, but extended as well. Regarding at night dreams, I constantly dream about naming her...probably since the poor peanut is nameless still.
Thanks, wishing everyone a great last tri!
Update: We got good news at my follow up u/s yesterday, my complete placenta previa is now marginal! The MFM was really surprised that it moved. So, we get to move my c/s from 37 weeks to 39 weeks, woo hoo! I'll have another u/s at 38 weeks, so I'm getting my hopes up that by that time, maybe it will have moved enough to allow a vaginal birth. Baby girl also looked great, measured literally to the day, and is 5 lb, 12 oz (66%), so she's nice and fat, and the tech said she has lots of hair. I've got my shower this Saturday, so this is a good week!
QOTW: I don't really dream about LO. I just have weird pregnancy dreams that aren't necessarily related to anything in real life. I wish I would have dreams about her!
BFP on Cycle #8. Natural M/C at ~8 weeks
IUI #1 and #2 (8/12, 9/12)- 50 mg Clomid + Ovidrel = BFNs
IVF #1 (EPP) 13R/10M/9F, 5DT 1-4AA blast, beta #1-148, beta #2-322, 5 frosties!
Please add me:) Luvboston edd 10/4/13 Girl
Saw MFM yesterday LO was being a stubborn mule and would not even move a hand so I had to get up walk around, get stabbed by the u/s probe and still nothing. So they did all the growth measurements and finally she moved a finger. So because she can't bless us with her presence I have to go every week for BPP's because I told them she doesn't ever move during the day unless I go on an airplane. So instead of 30 weeks starting weekly appts it's now.
Little miss is still measuring small, but we are up to the 33rd percentile. She measures a week behind on all measurements but the MFM is not worried.
Q: I don't dream about LO, I dream about weird things that happened many years ago.

Yesterday was 35/35 (27 days to C-section). Everything is going well, still dealing with Braxton Hicks and back pain which OB says will only continue to get worse until baby is born.

Not a whole lot to update here. I'm feeling good and baby moves a lot. I have my first shower this weekend which should be fun!
Qotw: neither DH nor I have dreams about the baby. It's the strangest thing.
Woohoo!! So glad to hear! Maybe it'll keep on truckin away from the cervix but at least she gets a couple more weeks to bake.
I think it's funny how crazy the measurements go. Last time, yours was measuring a bit smaller than mine and now mine's a full pound smaller than yours. I'll be anxious to see how it all turns out in the end.

Please add me for next week! We are FINALLY 3rd tri! So excited, I am actually surprised how excited joining this checkin makes me feel! We don't have any apts for a week or so. Nothing much to update. My husband's grandfather passed away on Wednesday, so it has been a tough week. Wednesday evening I had crazy BH that lasted all night long -- due to emotional stress, I am sure. By Thursday morning they had greatly subsided. I have an OB appointment on Monday. Then, I will start my weekly appointments. So crazy to think I have made it this far.
QOTW: I had a dream the other night that we were in the hospital and had delivered our LO. It was just DH and I and we both decided that we didn't like the name we had picked out all along. So, we changed it.
As far as aspirations, I just want her to be happy. I want her to know that her Daddy and I love each other; that we always wanted her; that we love her and support her; and that God loves her. I think if she truly knows these things she can accomplish her dreams and be happy -- and that's what I would want!

Hi Ladies! I'm new to the 3rd tri too, due 10/12. Very excited to have made it this far.
We had an ultrasound on Monday and little guy is measuring about 2lbs 9oz and everything is looking great! They are still keeping an eye on my CL and I'm on progesterone until 36 weeks.
Seeing his face for this first time, I get teary eyed just thinking about how much I'm dying to meet and hold him. Also seeing my husband being a Daddy, he's so wonderful with kids I just know I'm going to fall deeper in love with him seeing him in this new role.
