    0. Still. Although I should probably just be happy I didn't gain any weight with my full week off of diet and exercise.

How did you do on 2 weeks ago's challenge to do tricep dips?
Did not attempt as I had wrist surgery.

I wear spandex capris and old navy long tank tops so I don't show my crack during squats!

Goal: 140 or 145 at most

So far I'm up 7 pounds and all of that in the last month. So I need to slow it down a little.

I'm going to try out this weeks challenge I need to start lifting weights, stretching and so on.

Usually I'm in capris and an under armor shirt. Now, anything I can squeeze into without feeling like a sausage. My problem area is always the sports bra. I need a good one that fits proper and usually end up spending 60 on it. But it really does make a difference when jogging.

How did you do on 2 weeks ago's challenge to do tricep dips?
    Not working out quite yet.

GTKY: What do you wear to work out in? Do you have a brand preference?

Leggings and a sports bra and tank. I haven't been to a gym or yoga studio in a while. So I don't really care what I look like / wear. When I run I like Nike gear, mizuno shoes, and wool socks.

Week's progress: Down another lb....slooowly but surely getting back to pp weight! My hips, though, I'm fearing will never go back to their original size!

How did you do on 2 weeks ago's challenge to do tricep dips? I did them, only because they were already part of a 30 day challenge I was doing.

This weeks challenge is to do 50 leg lifts per leg each day. Kicking it 80's style. Feel free to fancy your leg lifts up to target different areas of the legs and glutes.

GTKY: What do you wear to work out in? Do you have a brand preference? I love Old Navy running shorts and bras. I have tanks and shirts from lots of cheaper places. I don't see the need to be all cutesy and matchy and name brandy when I'm running or working out. I it fits and doesn't require adjustment while in motion, that's all I care about!

i loved the days I could work out in just a sports bra and shorts. Those days will be back again...just not fast enough for my liking. I love under armour stuff...their hot climate workout stuff is awesome.

Land FTR, all the "you should embrace and love your body after baby because it accomplished an amazing thing" comments tick me off...I had no issues being pregnant and didnt feel fat or ugly: I get that a human was growing in there...but I HATE this pp body! I want my old p90x body back.  m

THIS! I feel like the people who say this are just making excuses for being too lazy to do anything about it. I want my old body back! I swear, all the weight I have left to lose is in my stomach and hips!

Also, tiger stripes, my azz. They're stretch marks. I don't wanna see anyone else's, and I don't want them to see mine.
