  I'm 99.9% sure that they never go on sale.  It's an agreement between the manufacturer and its vendors.

  Have you tried Craigslist?  In my area, they double comes up every so often...

  A few months ago I bought a City Mini GT at JustKidsStore.com.  I was able to use their 20% off coupon on it, plus free shipping.  I just checked the website and now it looks like they are excluding BabyJogger and some other brands, so maybe they've changed their policy.  But it might be worth it to double check?  I had also ordered a Boon Flair high chair (with 20% off) from them last fall, and I was very pleased with their service both times.

  I just bought the city min gt single on Albeebaby.com for $70 cheaper than anywhere else.  However, it was the yellow one. That was the only one on sale. I assume yellow is not a popular color.

  I bought my city mini for below 300 on Albee Baby. I have the green one. We bought the 2011 model as the 2012 models were coming out at the end of the year. If you can wait until then you should be able to catch a deal at least with Albee Baby.
