Nbr: keurig and BBB

I finally replaced my broken Keurig yesterday. It was purchased from our wedding registry at bed bath and beyond so DH called the store and asked about returns on the model since someone on here said that they will return and give a new one if the unit was purchased there. Well, their policy is this: the Keurig has to be purchased there within the past 5 years. They will give you a brand new one of the model you have [the new one we got had some upgrades but still same model]. You don't necessarily need a receipt or the box. We had neither and they still took it. They didn't even look up our registry. It was almost freaky about how easy it was to get a new one. Just FYI for anyone who had a Keurig that just died and got it from BBB.
