  Saline spray and mucinex always did wonders for me. And lots of water.

  Thanks! Do you just use the regular mucinex? I know that there are a few different kinds.

  I would try mucinex d, that has a decongestant in it similar to sudafed... I believe!  I just ask my nurse mom and take whatever she tells me to, but you could always ask the pharmacist.  Feel better!  I'm feeling the same way you do right now

  I'm fighting one too. I don't know what all you can take while pregnant but I took Mucine.x D to help break up the junk in my lungs and I've been taking Robituss.in cough meds (the liquid gels, not the nasty syrup) and it helps my cough. I only have productive coughs (TMI, coughing up stuff out of my lungs) and it's not nearly as often.

  I use the target brand of the plain one. I was a fan before getting pregnant and was happy it was safe to take. I have ear issues and take it for flying...it dries everything up for me.
