First U/S

Came back from our first u/s.   Did not expect to hear the doctor say that both eggs took.  Going back next week for a second u/s.  The doctor put me on the progestrone that you insert vaginally.  Any advice on how to do it?  Doctor says everything is fine.  Didn't give me a EDD yet,and I forgot to ask.
