Darn keurig

I woke up this morning and all I wanted was my lovely cup of decaf with my brand new all natural coffeemate in the few moments of quiet before my tazmanian devil of a 2 year old is awake and my keurig isn't brewing anything!!

Vent over. That's all.

Keurig has really good customer service and will often fix or replace your machine at no or minimal charge. I would give them a call.

I don't know if you have a Bed, Bath, Beyond near you, but mind did the same thing a while back and someone told me the store would replace it since they sell the machines. I thought there would be no chance this was actually true, but sure enough. I didn't have to provide a receipt or anything. Just brought my machine in I didn't have the box cause I'd had it for almost 2 years. They just asked me what the problem with it was and told me to go get a new one off the shelf. Amazing!!!

Are any of the lights blinking? Try unplugging it, turning it on and holding the cup size buttons and auto off button down at the same time for 10 seconds or so. Sometimes the computer in there needs to be reset.

Have you did the water cleanse cycle thing yet? Don't remember what it's called but you use vinegar. I know that ppl with hard water tend to get a lot of build-up
