I had a decent weekend. Was up a pound this week though so not sure...last week I lost two pounds so I never know if I "truly lost" weight or if it is just water weight. Regardless I've been at a standstill around 140 for months now. I've been eating pretty decently and have been working out pretty hard at bootcamp 3 days a week. I've heard that some people who BF hold on to the last 10 pounds or so, so maybe its that but its very frustrating, especially because once I go back to work in September I know I'll have trouble working out with the intensity I have been or working out at all lol.
My goals for the week:
Baby bootcamp MWF
Walk 3 times
Make smart choices at restaurants when my friend visits for a few days
Drink 2 nagalene bottles of water daily (more if its on a workout day)
Limit my alcohol intake when friend visits
ETA: Forgot the QOTW. I love reading but lately I can't seem to fit it in so I often grab magazines at the checkout line that I can read bits and pieces here and there. I like Clean Eating, Shape, and Women's Health. I also like to check out The Fitnessista blog and 100 Days of Real Food blog.

Maybe you need to change a workout to knock off those last few pounds? Sometimes the body hits a plateau and something has to change.
I thought about that but its a bootcamp class so every day is very different and there are 3 different instructors with different styles.
I'm thinking its more of a diet thing and maybe I can be more serious about it after I'm done BF. Don't want to cut back on too many calories now because I"m still nursing.

I hope to swim laps today if the weather cooperates and maybe Wednesday if there is time. We will be out of town for a few days after that.
The only health related material I read are parenting books. Positive Discipline has been my saving grace in my battles with my 3-year-old.
