How long to get results?

I am sorry for another gestational diabetes post, but I just have a question and need to vent. If you took the 3 hour test, how long did it take to get your results? I had my test on June 22 and I still havent gotten my results. I left messages for my doctor on Monday and Tuesday and have still gotten no response. It seems ridiculous to me. I was already starting to dislike my doctor's office but now I am really frustrated. After my 28 week appointment they wouldn't let me set up my 32 week appointment until I got the results. Well 32 weeks is a week and a half away now. I am just frustrated. Baby is kicking and I feel fine so I am just trying to keep in in perspective!

More than likely if they didnt call you within a day you passed. Call up there today and tell them that you left messages and need an answer and to schedule your next appt.

I had m results the same day.

Maybe they're a "no news is good news" office. That would annoy me, my office calls either way. But to answer the question, they told me it would take a couple days for results.

They called me within 2 hours of finishing the 3 hour test, to tell me it was normal. With the 1 hour though, they used the "no news is good news" theory (but I failed so I got a call 2 days later).

I didn't pass the 1 hour (made me diagnosed GD) and I didn't get a call for 3 days.

Same ad most of these gals my dr said I would only hear from them 34 days later if I didn't pass. Good luck!

My office doesn't call if you passed. Everything is online if you sign up for it, so I had my results the next day from my 1 hour.

I had the 1 hour test on a Tuesday and my nex dr appointment was the following Monday. I never got results from the test so I assumed the 'no news is good news'. However, they told me at the next appointment that I had failed. I would try to schedule your next appointment even though your doctor said you have to wait. Maybe that will get you through to them.

If they didn't call you, it's probably good news. If you took the test that long ago and haven't heard from them by now, you probably passed and have nothing to worry about.

Thanks ladies! My office has the online system but nothing has showed up on there. I think I will just make the appointment today and ask the lady if I should have heard anything. My DH keeps telling me not to stress because no news is probably good news. It just annoys me because they said they would contact me either way and then make the next appointment. I realize they are probably busy though.
