I was watching an ancient episode of Mad About You on netflix and they were eating brownies. So of course I had to go out and buy brownies...and peaches...and cinnamon raisin bread...hey it would have been cherry pie and cherry cheesecake too but DH held me back. Three peaches, half a box of brownies and a cup of cranberry lemonade later I can't breathe!! And my chest feels like it's on fire! (forgot to mention there was a good deal of sushi earlier w/o raw fish)
Why are the cravings so strong when there's no space to put the food??
ETA: oohh I haven't sampled the bread yet.....
Re: Can't breathe....oh the heartburn!!
I have this problem and it drives me NUTS. I feel like I want to eat all the time, even when I'm stuffed. And it's not always unhealthy stuff I want (although yeah, ok, most of the time it is). I just wish I could forget about food when I'm too full to eat it! ugh!
Tonight I had cinnamon rolls, like the cinnabon kind from a can that you bake at home. They were soooo good. I'm stuffed for sure!
Also, thumbs up on watching Mad About You. I love that show. And I really really love Helen Hunt.
