Hello ladies! I wanted to introduce myself and just share a little about my story.
I was a regular bump poster (under a different screen name) with my DDS in 2009 and thought I was going to be in the "one and done" club but DH and I decided we want one more. We started trying in March and I got a BFP the first cycle after BC. I made it to 5 weeks and miscarried. The next cycle in May I got a BFP at 13 dpo, but it was very light and stayed that way. My betas were only at 7 and it turned out to be a chemical. So THIS cycle once again I got a BFP at 9dpo which was darker than any previous test. I had betas drawn at 10dpo which were 13 and 12dpo which were 61. I am 4 weeks today and have had some very light brown spotting (tmi, sorry) yesterday afternoon until this morning which seems to be letting up now. No cramping though, so I am hoping this one sticks.
Long story short, I seem to have no problem getting pregnant, but having trouble staying pregnant! My Dr is not willing to refer me to any kind of specialist just yet, so fingers cross that this bean sticks.
Sorry this turned out so long, but I am looking forward to getting to know you ladies!
Re: A cautious intro...
Welcome and congrats on your BFP!
Thanks everyone!
No, my Dr has not done any blood work other than betas and progesterone tests. This is a brand new Dr that I started going to with my first BFP in April. My OB that I went to with DS is not practicing any more.
The only time I have actually seen the Dr was when I started miscarrying in April, all of the other BFP's I have called and the nurse spoke with me for betas. Since I have been spotting (even though it is brown and gone now) I am going to call Monday and try to get in earlier than my July 24th appt. I know it is too early to see anything on ultrasound, but I would like to at least speak with the Dr in person to discuss the last few months and to make sure that the vitamins I have been taking due to my own research are ok to continue.

Wow, awesome to know that there are others in my same situation! The spotting has been much lighter today, and I think I notice that it worsens when I have been on my feet for a while. I think I will still call my OB tomorrow to get another progesterone and hcg check.
Looking forward to getting to know everyone more
