Yes. If you are breastfeeding continue to feed LO as often as they want to eat or at least every 2.5 to 3 hours in order to avoid clogged ducts.

YES! I slept with ice packs or a couple nights to help with the tenderness. Then, it just kind of went away and I noticed I was producing milk.
