Dairy Free Recipes

We are going to try dairy free for the next 6 weeks to see if that helps with his poop issues. Anyone have some great recipes they would love the share!

    We love mashed potatoes made with nutritional yeast and butter alternative.

    Some brands we like to use for substitutions are Tofutti for sour cream, cream cheese, veggie dips, ice cream. Also, Earth Balance for butter. We were recommended Fleishmans unsalted sticks but those have zero flavor and earth balance is worth the few pennies more. I found silk has almondmilk yogurt in addition to soy. I would steer clear of SoDelicious yogurt, I have on MANY occasions opened new unexpired containers to find mold growing inside. Sometimes the mold would be deep in the cup too! Ew. I guess this is a problem they have been having for awhile too.
