AW: had my twins!

I posted in multiples but wanted to put it on J13! On Sunday night, June 23, we had our twin girls via c sec. Baby A, Eve, was 7lbs 7oz and baby B, Penelope, was 6lbs 5 oz. I was 37w 1d.
I had been 80 percent effaced and 1 cm for about 2 weeks at this point. My ob was worried I'd go into labor and have an emergency situation since I went super fast with my previous pregnancy. So, she moved me up for Sunday, if I wanted. All day I had felt really horrible, lots of pressure. So we decided to go in and deliver. Lucky I did! I was 5cm and 100 percent. Contracting every 2 to 3 mins! And happy I went for c sec, Eve had cord around neck and Penelope turned breech.
C sec went great, recovery blew. I ended up hemorrhaging and going to high risk for the remainder or my stay. I was weak, but we got it all under control and the girls are perfect! Now I'm home learning to take care of 4 under 4.
Can't wait to hear all the birth stories as July gets closer and everyone's due dates come up! Thanks everyone!
