AD moms in third tri

I am just about ready to start my 8 hour days. I was asked to submit a worksheet of the hours I would like to work within my limitations. I guess it's too hard to reference the regulation. :::eye roll::: we only have three females and I am the first in this units history to be pregnant. I start PT at 0630. In your experience what time did you go home?

I'm not working a reduced schedule.  I have an office job in A/C, though, so it's really not necessary.  None of the other women I've worked with have done a reduced schedule while pregnant either.  I mean, I'm sure we probably could but no one has bothered to try.  Have fun with it though!

Thanks for the luck ladies. Currently I am working 12+ hour days and now that my energy is fading I wouldn't mind the "break" if it is given.

Definitely go for the shorter time if you're working 12 hour days!
