intro & ques. about progesterone suppositories

Hi everyone, I took 2 epts last Friday and got a happy surprise. Yay. Went to my doc today for a blood test test to confirm and the test was also positive. Double yay! But now she wants me to take 2 progesterone suppositories per day, she said my levels were normal, so I'm confused. Has anyone taken these before? Any details you have would be appreciated.

    Welcome and congrats! No advice on progesterone, but I would follow your doc's advice.

    BFP on Mar. 4, 2013, DX with MMC (blighted ovum) at 8 weeks, D&C

    BFP on June 24, 2013, EED March 12, 2014
    Diagnosed with endometriosis, PCOS, heterozygous MTHFR and positive for ANA

    I have been on them for two weeks and will continue them until 12 weeks or so. They are easy to do and u may notice some of it comes out on ur underwear or pad a couple hours after you do it. You may get mild cramps but all and I not bad. Mine RE has people do it as standard protocol

    I'm on progesterone. It's nothing to be worried about and it's easy. Congratulations on your positive pregnancy tests :
