NBR: Gag gift for retirement party

We were invited to a retirement party for a man we golf with. We adore him but don't really know him that well on a personal level. He's retiring from the railroad. Anyway, any ideas for a gag gift? The invitation stated "no serious gifts".

    Walgreens Photo does fake magazine covers - if you can get a picture of him, you could to the Golf Digest cover. I've done this for several things and it's gone over really well. I usually mount the photo to the actual magazine and then wrap it up.
