BP fluctuations

I have been diagnosed with gestational hypertension and my blood pressure is regularly in the 140s to 150s over 90s. Today, however, I have gotten readings all over the place, from 105over66 to146 over 99. Have any other mamas seen such a variance in their BP while pregnant?

    Mine varies from 120s to 140s...depends on my swelling. Keeping feet up, staying in the a/c instead of out in the heat/humidity, and nightly Epsom salt bath w/ essential oil (lemon) really helps keep my BP down. With just 7 days until my due date, I really want to avoid any interventions due to high BP. I also notice that if I get to the Dr office early & rest for 15-20 min before appt, my BP is lower.

    Ok thanks ladies! Mine usually just sticks right around the high end so I got nervous when it started going up and down! I'm going to mention it to my doctor but I knew if I put in a call tonight they would have me come in, seems to be their normal response.
