Hi Ladies,
FET #1 scheduled for the end of the month and stressing myself out during the wait. Google's not helping much. We froze all fertilized eggs ER day so I don't know how many will make it to the Blastocyst day 5 for transfer.
Anyone with stats on an average percentage lost during growth or care to share their own experience? Thanks

Mine were not frozen until day 6, but I was given a 95% survival rate for those.
I am not sure how freezing on day 1 will change things though. I had 5 fertilize, and if you include the 1 I transferred it would have been 3 out of 5 making it to day 5 and then freeze. So I guess for me it was 60%.

They really froze them on Day 0? Usually it is day 3 or 5 that they freeze because they need at least day 3 maturity to have a good thaw survival rate.
I would talk to your nurse to verify that it was a day 0 freeze and she should be able to tell you or find out for you what your clinic's thaw rate for day 0 freeze survival is as it does vary clinic to clinic!
Good luck!

It might actually be day 1, either way ER was on Wed afternoon and when I went in for blood work Friday morning they were already frozen. This is part of the research study I am in. It's called Post Thaw extended Culture.
