House listed on Thursday of last week.

Thursday: One showing

Friday: No showings

Saturday: Open House -- 25 parties

Sunday: No showings.

Monday: One showing

Today: Nothing so far

Our Realtor let me know yesterday that we have a few offers on the house. We are sitting down tonight at 5 to review them and possibly counteraccept.

Vacation:

We rented a beach house for 8 days. It was so relaxing and quiet. ILs were with us for the first 4 days and then my parents and sister came up for 2 days. The kids had a blast!! There was so much to do out of doors. We definitely spent more time outside than in. Wildlife EVERYWHERE!! The boys were really excited (as was Jay) to see a bobcat IRL.

We didn't get as many photos as we would've liked as Jay's mom wasn't feeling well and she's our personal photographer.

Thanks for checking in ladies. That's so thoughtful.

Holy crap things are moving FAST for you! I can't believe you had TWENTY FIVE parties show up to your open house. I think the most we ever had was like 3. It is so exciting that you've got offers on the table already. Hopefully one of them works out for you!

Sounds like a dream vacation to me (hey, more time spent outdoors = less cleaning to do, right? ). Sorry J's mom wasn't feeling well. Nothing serious I hope?
