I'm 14 wks and since we found out we haven't hAd sex. Anyone in the same boat or am I just an oddball?

Right there wih you. Wih my first I waited until my third trimester but this time my libido seems to be on drive but I'm always nervous

we went through this. i couldn't stand to be touched until 12 weeks (bad m/s) and then we had sex once or twice before hitting a dry spell. i think H was sort of nervous about the baby and i felt bloaty and fat.

my sex drive is SO high now, that i finally just told him, "i want to have sex at all times. ALL TIMES. please feel free to let me know when you're down." lol. it has picked up at a ridiculous rate now. yay hormones!

I read all these stories about bleeding and it scares me. I feel fine but still...feel kinda bad for dh though he hasn't said a word. Also any idea if u can only do it slow ?;

We have sex everyday sometimes twice and I have absolutely no sex drive!! I do it for my DH. He thinks my bump is sexy! With my first 2 pregnancies my sex drive was out of control and with this one it's..... Well... Disappointing!!

If you're only avoiding because you're afraid of bleeding, I want to strongly encourage you that sex is perfectly fine/safe, unless your doctor tells you otherwise. You're gonna have to get back on the horse sometime. If you're worried, just start with a less deep position, but honestly you should be able to do whatever you normally do.

Even IF you were to bleed, it's likely to be a very small amount, & usually just pink blood from the cervix being so sensitive. And I say this even though this has happened to me once so far (pretty sure it was only because we did it twice in one day)...my doctor was not worried & said just take a week off & try again. Point being, don't worry about it unless it happens, then if it does just take a little break & try again.

We've only attempted like twice but I'm so sensitive I can't really do it. I feel bad for DF but you can do other stuff besides sex! I've never been big on sex anyway, kinda surprises me that I'm pregnant! Lol

Hi... it took us about 8 weeks to have some sex again. I was freaking out. I told my DH that I wanted it but we needed to do it slow since I didn't know what to expect.

He was very understanding... so it was great. After that we did again... but since I have been having cramps I don't let him touch me! lol

My obgy said cramps are normal... so, he needs to wait until I am ready...

you are such a better wife than me lol. i'm having sex because i'm a maniac right now, but if my sex drive wasn't out of control, NO WAY would my vag be open for business daily, not to mention twice a day. i applaud you.
