  Wow! Congratulations! In this case you probably wouldn't use your LMP to date the pregnancy since you still had the IUD in at the time. They will probably do an early dating u/s for you.

  I also found out super early, during my fourth week supposedly, but my cycles have been so unpredictable the past few months.
  

   I called my OB's office right away and they had me come in the next day for bloodwork/progesterone/iron level check. I had a retest last Friday because my Vitamin D was too low.  My OB has me scheduled for my dating u/s this Thursday, which would put me around 6 1/2 weeks, but since my cycle days are always so whack, we aren't 100% sure.,,, and to find out if it's a singleton or ... oh, boy...

  I have no knowledge on the IUD, either.

  We have started looking online at bigger family vehicles. We currently have a 7 seater toyota sienna which I've come to love, but we are already crammed in there since my oldest is almost as tall as I am, despite one seat supposedly being empty. And the trunk stays full with strollers and soccer chairs. Hubby wants to go ahead to a full size van, but I would like something that would still fit in our garage & maybe something a little less, well, bus-ish . We are waiting on u/s before we seriously look at anything, though.
