I am going away for 2 months to Italy (can't wait!) and I am just 12 weeks now. Do you ladies think I should buy some maternity clothes to take along?? It's so hard to plan when I don't know how big or when I will really start showing?! First preg, clueless!

I'd say yes. Even if you don't want to go overboard, I'd recommend some pants/bottoms and maybe some dresses that have room to expand. I never needed maternity tops with DS, but I was rockin' the pants around 15-16 weeks when I popped.

I would say yes. I would just bring a few things. I needed pants/shorts/capris around 14 weeks with my first. I was able to squeeze into my shirts much longer. I went on vacation when I was only 78 weeks last month a d brought some maternity clothes and I'm glad I did. They definitely got worn.

78 weeks?! Longest.pregnancy.ever! I'm totally teasing of course ; I'm like the queen of typos usually, so I've gotta pick on someone else :. FYI "queen" was originally typed as queer but I fixed it and added this before posting!

And I agree def stock up on some cute maxis, I think old navy is even having an in store sale this weekend for 8 dresses! Have fun and enjoy your trip!

This! I know some people don't like the Bella bands but I have enjoyed them.

Haha! Thanks I was on mobile when I wrote that and forgot that mobile doesn't do "-". It was suppose to say 7-8 weeks. That would be awful long pregnancy! I always get a kick out of the tickers that people have deleted after having a baby and say that they are 104 weeks pregnant!
