We are going to my friend's baby shower on Sunday so I am dragging DH to the outlet mall to check out the Carter's store for a cute outfit, but what he doesn't know is I plan to raid their clearance section for clothes for our LO.

I am justifying this decision because their clearance is 25% off.

My Confession.

When i'm standing on the subway and the over head speaker makes that announcement...

"Ladies and Gentle, When an elderly or pregnant women is standing next to you please offer your seat. Courtesy is contagious. Stand up for whats right"

And grown men (or in yesterdays case a young couple in their work out attire) ignore that fact i'm standing in front of them I wish some evil voodoo on them.

I hope they trip and skin their knees or stub their toe for not having manners.

I don't even need the damn seat but have some manners people. A robot even reminded you! I would 95% of the time thank them but decline.

2. Rake the leaves

3. Knock down the wall between the kitchen and dining room to add an expanded island.

Yesterday I was coming up to an intersection to turn left. The straight lanes had a green light. I saw a break in traffic coming up and rolled right into the intersection and turned left when it was clear. While I was rolling through the intersection I realized the left turn light had a RED ARROW!! OMG I totally was looking at the WRONG LIGHT!!!

I was SO embarrassed. Luckily traffic was clear and there was no red light camera at that intersection.

I would have had a heart attack!

I think it is ridiculous when people ask for medical advice on here. Call your doctor! We are a bunch of strangers and *most* of us don't have medical training.

Likewise, it bothers me when people don't research things. Breast feeding, labor, vaccines, circumcision, ect should all be researched. I guess it really bothers me when people follow blindly.

I realize that this may be more of an UO (sorry Kimbo).

I have had 3 large orders of French fries from McDonalds this week, with sweet and sour dipping sauce of course!

My confession, I am embarrassed for DH to find out so I got cash back at Target on Monday so I could support my habit off the grid. I know he wouldn't care, and would actually encourage me eating anything at this point, but I like to keep some of my Fatty McFatterson habits to myself.

I bought some newbie onesies on clearance after a friendly reminder that you may want some. I had forgotten that I already had some. So now I think I have 20 which is ok, since I can pass some off to a friend who just found out she's pregnant. I also still have no idea what my brother and sister in law were planning on giving me. I really need to find out so I can figure out what I need clothes wise...

I am completely dreading SIL's wedding. I love her. I love her fiance. But my MIL has become even more awful then normal and I just am completely afraid of what she is going to do or say and what I might say in response.

Last week she asked my SIL, Don't you wish you would have had Lipo before the wedding? WTF? Who says something like that ever? But especially to their own daughter two weeks before her wedding.

She also told me I should get a smaller dress size to encourage me to lose weight. DH needed to shave his beard. The list goes on and on.

I am just bummed that MIL's craziness is making everyone wish that the wedding would just be over so hopefully MIL will go back to only being kind of awful.

DD loves to get the receipt at the store so by the time we get to the car it is so mangled you can't tell what I bought. Then when he can't read it I blame the kid. Victory!

Okay. I've got a lame one. I've already got a stash of about 40 CDs. I really don't need anymore. However, I'd say about 6-8 of them need elastic or aplix replacement. I'm sure I could do this, but I really don't want to. Oh and 5 of them have a cotton outer (hello Dallas Cowboys diapers and 1 Star Wars that I had specially made for football season and DH), so we rarely use those since they don't hold pee as long.

Anyway, my confession: I'm totally using Target's 50% of Charlie Bananas as an excuse to get more for DD2 (since we will be PT'ing DD1 very soon). Tongue Tied

DH has been on four week-long trips over the past four months. He gets home tomorrow from his last one for the year. Every time he goes away, i add more to the list. Mostly i'm just jealous that he gets to travel all over the world and I have to sit at home.

me too! I know DH won't care but I still feel so shameful haha. except in my case I always leave behind some type of evidence like the McDonald's bag in my car I didn't get a chance to throw away yet or something. and he catches me! He should work for the FBI...

Last night I ate an entire carton (1/2 gallon? I don't know) of Friendly's watermelon sherbet while watching Chopped. I justified it by sharing with my cat. I am a mess.

I also woke up MH by screaming "Why would you make bread pudding?! You should never make bread pudding in the Chopped kitchen!!!"

I have 19 newborn/small diapers, and 21 os pockets. I keep looking at all these cute prints from Alvas, but I don't need them right now since I don't know if I'll like the ones I have. But I am so tempted to get some more.

Good luck on the CB front, mine didn't have any. Which is probably ok since I don't know that I need them yet!

A friend of ours shipped me an entire case of my favorite cookies from a bakery back home this week. They're HUGE, very rich, black and white cookies. I had enough to ration out one and a half cookies per week I have left of this pregnancy. I've already eaten six. Surprise

If the bag makes it home, I usually go around the house collecting trash from the bathrooms and laundry room to justify having to tie off the main trash bag so I can take it straight to the dumpster. Just wanted you to know there was another level of ridiculous to reach.

I still buy and use cds. like music cds. I do have an ipod and will transfer music to itunes. I have even borrowed cds from the library and put them on my itunes. I think about selling off my cds from time to time, but I can't do it.

I am in a confessing mood, must be the Catholic in me:
I typically eat 1/3 of a pint of Ben and Jerrys in one sitting and return the rest to the freezer. Last night there was 2/3 in the container but I didn't want to walk up the stairs so I just ate it all. That looked like a word problem for a second...
One of my random duties is to give campus tours (CO peeps... hit me up if you want a tour of USAFA!), and they take an hour. I have a tour at 0900 and don't plan on returning to the office until at least 1200 because I need to go to Kohls.
I am an azzhole driver, I blame it on learning to drive in the DC area, but seriously you would all hate me as a driver.
I love kimbo's agenda against UOs in the FFFC.

Do you work in admissions there???

I just had a girl tour there...in....May I think? She's in love. She's going to drive me NUTS to have her nomination packet in by next week (because our office is closed in July)...but she REALLY wants to go there.
