Ouh-La-La (Very Cautious BFP) *Updated*

Earlier this week, I wrote a post about how I was confused about my cycle and when to schedule my CD3 bloodwork.
I always start to spot around 3-5 DPO and this month, it started at 9DPO. Yay me? However, AF never really came. I continue to spot lightly, without filling a pad or tampon. I took an HPT at some point and it was negative. No biggie.
When all spotting stopped at 16 DPO (yesterday), I decided to retake a test. There was a very very very barely there line on a Wondfo. I restested this morning with another Wondfo and it was still very faint. During the day, the spotting resumed and I thought for sure that AF was on its way.
When I came back from work, I took yet again a test and to my surprise it was much darker.
Since I'm still spotting, and the test is not that much dark for 17DPO, I'm not the most optimistic women on Earth but still.
At this moment, I'm pregnant! (Holy sh!t)
What we did:
Since this was our last cycle before testing with the RE, we did nothing special this month. I felt pretty solid about my O date (OPK & temp). We tried Preseed for the first time this month though!
Timing: O-3, O-1, O
How I told SO: I showed him the pee stick yesterday and he did not see a line. When he came back from work tonight I just told him "I want your opinion on something". His reaction was "THAT is a line, not the thing you imagined yesterday!"
Mushy stuff: I was so obnoxiously ignorant when I first came here (yeah yeah we all remember "The Incident"). I can't thank enough all the women here with their amazing knowledge, friendship, wisdom and wit. I will definitely be a lurker extraordinaire and I just can't wait to see you all on the other side.

ETA- I took a FRER this morning and it was way much darker
I'm still spotting and I will call my doctor's office late today.
