Sorry, Baker, I'm doing the dinner post today.  Don't be mad!

I was making enchiladas - chicken has been in the slow cooker all day - but my mom called about having a picnic in the park.  The answer is obviously yes.  We are all meeting down at the waterfront.  She is bringing KFC (gross) for my dad and DH, and chicken salad for her and me.  I'm going to see what kind of picnic grub I can rustle up around here.

Enchiladas will get assembled and baked tomorrow.  Hurrah!

    Still not sure yet over here. We have to go grocery shopping when DH gets home from work.

    Shrimp Alfredo. Though I only have penne noodles, so it's going to be made with that.

    Tacos, spanish rice, and spicy choptle refried beans!  Soft shell for DS.  mmm.  I might have to make strawberry margaritas too.

    Man, I love QDoba! I used to work down the street from one. It was bad.

    Balsamic glazed carrots with honey and a chopped shallot are my favorite side dish! We call them farmhouse carrots!
