Title says it all. Basically, how dare I ask him to rub my feet every night when I'm clearly not keeping up with my "duties" as his wife.. I.e. sex.

Oh, I'm sorry.. 8 months pregnant with an 11 month old at home and I work full time. But, let me put your needs right at the top of my priority list.

Ugh. Thanks a lot jerk.

At first I felt guilty.. like I was doing something wrong.. like I actually was being a "bad wife" or something.. and then, I just got angry.. and then hormones kicked in and I cried half the night!! Argh.

DH claims he was joking.. but, ya know, this is the kind of thing that "comes up" at least on a weekly basis as a "joke".. and, it's not at all funny. It's insulting and demeaning and offensive and hurtful

Ugh, husbands. I seriously get so exhausted of the "requests" for sex that really aren't requests at all, but an invitation for him to sulk if I'm ever too tired. And I'm not pregnant! You poor thing. *hugs*

I can't even imagine how exhausted you must be. Your hubs needs some perspective.

My jerky DH used to go walking with me when I was 8 months pregnant. I remember he walked so fast and would not slow down to walk with me. He said, "why are you walking so slow?" And I went off. He realized eventually what a turd he was being. But damn, dude. He deserved a willy kick for that for sure.
