Prune juice for pooping?

Anyone try giving prune juice for pooping? Dd is newly potty trained but won't poop on the toilet she is holding it in and I am worried about constipation hoping this would help it come out easier

Yes, prune juice or prunes work. Also, peaches, pears, and plums. Apples and bananas cause constipation.

DD loves prunes. I buy the sunsweet ones that are individually wrapped and she goes crazy for them, she would easily eat 10 if I let her. She used to drink prune juice but won't anymore.
