Update from U/S... [PIP]'s

I normally give away whether it went well or not in the title, but not this time.. I wanted it to be as big of a surprise to you ladies as it was for me.
The ultrasound looked GREAT! PERFECT! BEAUTIFUL! Our LO is measuring a day ahead at 15w6d, had a strong HB of 147, and all measurements of skull, heart, organs, fingers and toes look WONDERFUL. It wasn't quite a full Anatomy Scan, because the heart was still a little too small to see all the blood flow in and out, but otherwise we know our baby is looking great. In the words of the U/S tech, "I see absolutely nothing abnormal. Everything looks perfect."
She also told us that with trisomy 18 and 13 babies that she would normally see some indicators at this point. But, no clubbed feet, no clenched fists, no cranial abnormalities. All in all, a perfect little miracle is growing in there!

She also gave us a guess on the sex, (I say guess because she said she is 95% sure,) and I am very thrilled to announce that we are expecting a little BOY!! Husband (and myself) are ECSTATIC! H was really hoping for a boy first, so it looks like he gets his wish! Secretly, I think I wanted a boy first, too.
What a wonderful day.
I saw my OB after the ultrasound, and she reinforced everything the tech told us. She said they would expect to see some growth abnormalities, especially cranial, if the baby had trisomy 18 or 13... But, our son looks beautiful and was measuring perfect. I just can't stop saying that enough. Yes, we are still awaiting the Panorama results, but how can I not feel confident that everything is okay at this point?
Ladies... I love you all. Thank you for the outpouring of support you always give me. I feel so bad I am not always here to give the same amount of support back, but hopefully now I can start feeling more connected to being pregnant, and not so scared to be a part of the community.
ETA: I just remembered, and wanted to add, that we also saw our son taking big gulps of the amniotic fluid. He was thirsty! That was honestly so cool to watch. He also jumped around, sucked his thumb, and put on a great show for us.
And now, some awesome pictures of our SON!! No money shot since we had her write the sex on a piece of paper, but I'm sure we'll get one at our A/S at 21w.

Yay!!!! So happy for you that you can finally sit back and enjoy the pregnancy!!! Even without the Panorama results, it sounds the doctors are fully confident that you've got yourself a healthy little boy:)
Congrats on an awesome day! I'd say go get yourself a drink but maybe you can settle for a mocktail or a cupcake or something to celebrate!!

Just wanted to say a quick thank you to all of you ladies! I'm sorry for making some of you a little leaky in the eyeballs, but I'm glad it's for a good reason
I'm off now to go with the family to my grandpa's procedure. Hopefully all of your good vibes will carry over to him!
