It is really nice to see some old faces around here this week...This board has been too quiet lately!
And that is enough puppies and rainbows from me for now...
PS: If there are any lurkers/newbies out there who would like to intro/jump in feel free ![]()

DD is sleeping for the night (almost 10pm here) and DH and I are sitting on the couch together...but both on our lap tops. Yay for quality time

haha, yes. Once I started seeing old faces and reading posts, I was like "awww, I miss these ladies!"
I've didn't really post much (at all) after DS was born. When I got pregnant again and tried to come back, I realized I forgot my login information. My new name is similar to my old one.
Ricola, aren't you flying over here soon? We've been in Bamberg, Bayern for over a year now and we love it! I'm a bit nervous about having a baby here. Even though the philosophy at the klinikum is exactly in line with what I want, the language barrier feels like such a hurdle!

Yes, we'll be in Germany for 2 weeks in August! We'll be in Koblenz for 4 days, but that'll be the furthest South we'll be.
Germany is one of the best countries to be in for having a baby IMO. I love that you will have midwives caring for you even after the birth, and they come to your home! I hope the care is the same for you than it would be for a German...or are you going to be in some sort of military hospital? I have no idea how that works there! :-)
Welcome back!
Koblenz is so pretty!
There are no military hospitals in Bamberg (I think the only one in Germany is in Landstuhl?), so I'll be at the German hospital. From what I've heard from German and American friends alike, it's a fantastic experience. I have high hopes for my VBAC here! My language skills have gotten better, I can even make phone calls in German, but I doubt I'll be able to maintain it in labor.

TTC#1 May 2009- July 2010 on our own with no luck
Started with RE in August 2010, dx with unexplained IF and then finally our 3rd IUI cycle using Follistim and Trigger resulted in our wonderful little man. Born 12/2/11
TTC#2 Never really prevented, but were careful early on as Dr. reccomended
Surprise BFP 12/16/13, started progesterone immediately as first numbers came back low, but betas were good. Progesterone wasnt enough. Natural MC 12/24/13.

Totally butting in but I'll be delivering at Landstuhl in November! They send us there from the Azores since there isn't much of an option here for delivery.
