  Everything I have read advises against discipline.
  Try having a conversation about it. Examine possible causes, expectations and goals and try to reel in your frustrations. Make sure you're not overemphasizing negative attention. And all that other stuff the books say.

  it is extremely frustrating when you KNOW they know better but don't discipline.  Letting them know it is not acceptable is a good start and having her help clean up her messes will help to.  I would recommend re-instating a reward program.  Stickers or Smarties or whatever would motivate your DD to pee in the potty again as opposed to in her pants.  The reward program will provide the attention she may be seeking by having accidents.
