How often do you Doppler?

If you have a Doppler, how often do you use it? It's kind if addictive to hear the baby's heart beat every few days, but I don't want to overdue it. Doctor said it's totally safe to use but of course I've read some conflicting things online. Just curious!

Oh geeze. Every.single.day. I can't help it. My husband found it the first time and does most of the time, I finally found it a few nights ago. It's pure bliss and reassures me. We do it every night before bed. I don't think it harms the baby at all.

Oh and it takes us literally a minute to find it. Once I hear a strong heartbeat I turn it off, so it's on a total of 2 to 3 min. It's not like I keep it on there for a long time.

Yeah, I try to do it just every other day but I usually end up doing it daily. It just makes me feel so much better. Once I start feeling consistent movement I rarely use it. (I've had it since my first baby)

It also doesn't help that every time DD sees the doppler she says "Do baby, do baby!" lol

Now that I have a good idea of where she likes to hang out, I pretty much use it every day. No shame.

First pregnancy was about every other day. This pregnancy, I think I've looked two or three times.

Once every 2 or 3 days. It's been interesting to track s/he's movement. At 9 weeks LO was very much on my right side (which I knew from u/s); now s/he is center to left of my belly button. I also used to be able to hear it for long period of time, now I get 10 sec or so and it fades, so LO is moving a bit more often.
