A friend of mine had to do this also (with her husbands sperm) they had issues conceiving so they did IUI's. They finally got pregnant but had her husbands sperm in the tank still. I think they view it similar to organ donation, treat it as human tissue.
I am not sure what it involves, but I have read on here about people donating their already paid for sperm to others who are less fortunate. Just an idea.
We are using a KD and had a donor agreement that we were going to get notarized. A friend of ours is a notary and was going to notarize the paperwork for us, but wasn't comfortable with it, in case it was challenged in court. Any way,all of that to tell you we were going to go into the bank to have it done. Me, my wife, the KD and his wife. I am sure the personal banker would have thought we were all very weird! Haha
