Am I the only one whose post-pregnancy belly doesn't seem to be getting any better, almost a year later? I've lost all the pregnancy weight, and then some, but my stomach is still really flabby. I work out and I watch what I eat, but I'm starting to look weird; my arms and legs are disproportionately skinny when compared to my mid-section...
Re: Stomach pouch
same here, fml. It's not usually too noticeable though since the incision is so far down, but I did find some flattering bikini bottoms at VS that cover it pretty well.
Same here waaaaaaaahhhhhhhh its sucks balls! 1 more kid to go and then I'm getting a tuck. Its just gross. Effing genetics.

Hunter was a csection and I look like those pics. I swear its bc they stretch your stomach w the retractors during surgery
What just happened in my diaper?!
Someone should tell this to the dumb broads who schedule medically unneccessary C-sections b/c they don't want their precious vaginas ruined.
I had an episiotomy AND a vacuum delivery and my vag healed
What just happened in my diaper?!
This could VERY WELL be a picture of me, and I had two vaginal deliveries. I've been crunchin' it up every day and I still have the "flap". Boo.
My stomach looks like that, but there's even more flab. I'm happy to know I'm not alone. I'm going to try all the ab exercises that were posted, and hope I see some progress some day...
