Oh, I had to delete before I posted my comment...I was about to be "that" person. Whew! That made my head spin. I'd really like to give her a piece of my mind, but I'll refrain.

You and me both! As a mom who FF my daughter - because she failed to gain weight for the first 3 weeks - this makes me see red!
seriously, That pissed me off! Lets be honest you cannot over feed a newborn with breast milk or formula. It's not creating obesity it's feeding a baby when its hungry. I want to throat punch some of those women right now. Sorry about my anger ladies, its been a rough couple if days.
A 32 pound 4 year old doesn't sound like a normal weight. Shouldn't they be around 40 pounds at 4? The ignorance in her OP and replies just makes me roll my eyes.
BUT, anyone watch Walking Dead? It drove me NUTS when Daryl fed the 1 day old baby an 8 oz bottle of formula.

Im not replying to be snarky so I hope it doesn't come across that way but my 4 yr old only weighs 35 lbs and he's perfectly healthy, Daisy is on that small side too, she doesn't even weigh 20 lbs and she'll be 16 months in a couple of weeks. With my kids its totally genetic, DH and I both have "small" genes in our families
It's a bummer it slowed down. It's likely they won't even see MY response!

I saw it! the ability to see the snark on other boards!
And because "CV is an acquired taste" as someone put it, everyone is supposed to roll over and accept the SH!T that's coming out of her mouth? I'm still refraining from commenting...if not, you all might not like me anymore, lol!

I looked around like crazy for a meme I saw once. It says "When you say "once you get to know them, they're not so bad" you're basically saying "you'll get used to them being an a$$hole"
I thought of it as soon as I read that. So stupid.

This is exactly what I told DH!!! I kept saying it over and over. I also told DH that if they didn't stop giving her so much formula they were going to run out fast.
I read the post and I'm glad it had already fizzled out by the time I got to it. DD was FF because I couldn't produce. She is tiny. She is in the 25% for weight and 50% for height. She is healthy and loves food. I would offer her 4-6 oz starting at 8 or 9 weeks because the ped said to offer more and maybe she will drink more. She also just started drinking close to 8 oz, of milk, but the kid can eat more than SD when it comes to solids. She doesn't because we portion her food but if she wanted too the girl could eat some adults under the table. She is very active (like every other 15-16 month old) and she eats. She will not be another "honey boo boo" but CV is so concerned about weight I hope she doesn't have a daughter because she will always have to be skinny to keep her mom happy and that is not fair to your child.
