Monday: leftovers, DH is at work and my mom sent leftovers home with me yesterday. Roast beef, carrots, and mashed potatoes.
Tuesday: taco salads
Wednesday: grill out
Thursday: crockpot meal using ground beef... I'm thinking Shepard pie.
Friday: grill out, salads, grilled zucchini
Saturday: take out
Sunday: having family over for Father's Day, DH graduation, and birthday. We're grilling a variety of stuff including shrimp! And having, cheesy potatoes, baked beans, fruit salad, green salad, and cake and ice cream for dessert.

Wednesday: homemade pizza with Roma tomatoes, fresh basil and prosciutto
My parents and younger sister will be arriving Thursday from OOT and staying for the weekend, so the meals will be a collaboration, but here's the general plan.
Thursday: Reuben sandwiches
Friday: Homemade spaghetti and meatballs
Saturday: Crispy orange hoisin chicken over sticky rice
Sunday: Father's Day meal of grilled steak, wild rice risotto and tomatoes stuffed with grilled corn, bacon, and feta cheese. Oh, and carrot cake for dessert!

Last night we steamed lobsters and grilled corn on the cob with salads.
Tonight: Cookout at my parents after my sis's HS graduation. Prob steak, chicken, appetizers, etc.
W: Burgers, sweet potato fries, veggie platter
Th: Baked ziti, garlic bread, salad
Friday & Saturday nights, we'll be eating on the go. Our family's studio has our dance recital, so we'll be busy helping run the show. That is, if I'm not having a baby!

Two chicken breasts shredded, two blocks cream cheese, one cup shredded cheddar, ranch dressing, 1/2 cup hot sauce
Dump it all in the crockpot and cook on low until its all melted together.
Steak on grill with baked potato and corn.
Pork tenderloin with rice and veggie
breaded chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans
that is all I have planned so far. Probably tacos or salsa chicken too
