5 cycles of "TTC" - 3 intentional, 2 not so intentional. 5 BFPs. My rainbow arrived 10/15/14. TFMC 08.02.13 at 19+ weeks. Everyday I grieve for my little Olive.
I asked my husband if we could cancel our wine clubs until I'm done being pregnant. He said no, we're stocking up for when I can drink! lol, meanwhile, it's depressing to stare at all my expensive, delicious red wines laying around.
Music festivals... Not to reveal my inner hippie fully, but H and I had been avid festival goers for years. Not only did I decide to clean up my act when we decided to start ttc, but I can no longer justify spending 250 per ticket to sleep in tents for four nights when I have a LO to prepare for. But, I do miss the people, the vibe, and all of the glorious music.

I feel ya. We're stocking up, too, though! I can't wait to have a nice glass of pinor noir this winter... For now, I'm missing my summer rose, or sparkling wine, but yeah, mainly, I'd just like a nice, cold beer.

Goodbye, my youth.
THIS. Bonnaroo weekend will be tough to deal with while sitting at home. sigh
Also: A Bloody Mary with Sunday brunch! Man oh man.

I said screw it and got tix to Interlocken in September. Ill be 23 weeks then, but I have NO idea the next festi Ill see once i'm a mom. I am already in the planning stages to be sure I have everything I could need to make it fun. Already swore off most of the partying, but not having cold beers on the concert field and at the campsite will be tough
And as for missing....you guessed it...Good Cold. VT Beer.
...BEER!!!! Not feeling exhausted, bitchy, and pukey all at the same time. Did I mention beer? I swear I'm not an alcoholic, it just sounds so good right now.
ALL OF THIS!
I tagged along to a home brew charity event yesterday just to get out of the house and visit friends. Worst. Idea. Ever. My H and all our friends are drinking delicious beers and I'm sitting here with my ginger mint soda refraining from punching them all in the face...
Geez I sound like an alchy...

Our fav was going to All Good, before it moved to Ohio. Camping up in the Appalachian Mountains in West Virginia, starring at all the stars you could see being up so high... And we always really loved the lineups.
Le sigh.
I don't think I'll be one of those moms who takes a baby to the festival scene, so those days are probably behind me. But, hey, I had a blast while it lasted and saw a lot of legendary bands and musicians.

That would make me feel punchy too! I love trying new beers. I am really going to have the sadz the first time we go boating and I can't have a cold one. It just doesn't seem right.
Re: I really miss...
....cold beer.
Summer isn't the same without an alcoholic beverage on the patio.
Amen sister!
wine and martinis.... pina coladas by the pool...
sex
defecating without fear... My SCH makes defecating terrifying because it causes more spotting.
my sanity
drunken croquet in the Hamptons... I'll be the DD all summer...
