Outlander book fans?

So I'm pretty sure I've seen that some of you are fans of the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon and I wanted to share the awesome news that STARZ has ordered a 16 episode season based on the books! I'm pretty sure the first book but not positive. Starts production in October in Scotland!

    I love the series.  I am excited that they are finally going to turn it into a show.  I just hope they do the book and the characters justice.

    I discovered that series this summer thanks to the j12 ladies!  I would love to see the series.  But could it really live up to the book?

    I'm sure it won't but what does? I'm still just looking forward to seeing how they do it. It's such a great story and I'm going to cross my fingers that they do justice to the book. I did read that the season is 16 episodes and will cover the first book so that will give them a lot of time to work with which will help.
