Anyone have experience with the UppaBaby Vista? I have a friend who has it and loves it. And then I started chatting with a chick today who was pushing one and she swears by it. I am currently registered for the Bugaboo Cameleon. Apparently this vista can add a seat for a 2nd kid if we have one. It's just all so confusing LOL But the Vista is a couple of hundred dollars cheaper. I like cheaper.
Re: uppababy vista
haha well word on the street is my Gma is getting me the stroller. Which I don't expect but would be a gigantic help, of course. Long story short she was a really shitty gma and this is supposed to make up for all the xmas and bdays she conveniently forgot while she was galavanting, I would be getting one of these two strollers regardless of if it gets gifted. I fully expect to buy it myself but that's what the rumor is. Found out after I registered. I intended to get a cheaper one like the Britax B-ready or a CityMini Versa but when I saw them all in person with the bells and whistles my husband (Of course!) liked the Bugaboo best. And so did I LOL
Oh, BTW there is a Restoration Hardware outlet store in Queens by Citi Field. Stuff is still expensive but about 30 percent off and they had an additional 20 percent off everything the other day. May be worth a day trip for ya. They have some baby stuff but also their usual stuff.

A friend asked me this question and I sent her the below email. This was about a year ago and I think the bug has added features now to compete (it looks like you now get everything for the price, instead of having to buy each piece separately), so...keeping in mind I wrote it a year ago here ya go:
I'm obsessed with my Vista for a few reasons:
1. The all-in-one price: The stroller comes with the frame, bassinet, toddler seat, rain shield, bassinet winter muff, bug screen, and huge built-in sunshades. I got it all for less than $550, admittedly on sale, from PishPoshBaby.com with no shipping or sales tax. I spent another $40 for the car seat adaptor used it as a snap-n-go. I kept all parts in my trunk and could flip in seconds between what I wanted to carry baby in based on what we were doing. (Fast trip - snap in the carseat; baby is awake and wants to look around - snap in the toddler seat... super easy transition).
2.World's largest stroller storage basket. As far as I know, unless you're pushing a twin stroller, Vista wins. I use the basket for grocery shopping, clothes shopping, as a luggage cart at the airport (it holds like 5 carryons), carry-all for pool days, and to lug all the unexpected stuff you pick up while out at the zoo/mall. I have a Skip Hop diaper bag that attaches perfectly to the handle bar so that never needs to go under there, and I still manage to fill it up quite a bit. Makes me wonder what I did pre-basket.
3.Pushes and turns on a dime with one finger. I'm sure the bug might too - most at this price range will...but I can maneuver this thing through just about anything while on my cell and holding a coffee.
4.High baby. The connections for the bassinet, toddler seat, car seat adaptor are high - so baby sits high and is easier to reach while walking (or doing a quick diaper change mid-walk).
5. Solid rubber tires - don't need to have a pump or run the risk of going flat while out.
6. This stroller will eventually hold 3 children!! It's an easy addition to add the Rumble seat, and if needed, the piggyback.
7. Single item fold. When using the bassinet, you need to remove the bassinet to fold the stroller for storage or trunk. But, as soon as baby has grown into the toddler seat, it all stays connected and folds! Voila! No dismantling and tetris scrambling to make it fit and not slide around in the trunk. It's a super quick fold and go no matter what - I can do it myself and get us in the car in less than a min.
