F/U: DD won't sleep

Last night DD went down in her bed at 10pm, no crying, and slept until 7 this morning. DH and I got to sleep in our own bed without kids for a few hours! DS, however, must have known there was an empty spot in Mommy and Daddy's bed because he came in around 1 and fell asleep. I feel better and so does my smiley, happy, adorable, well rested DD.

  • I bet you feel fantastic today after some good sleep.  I just read over the original post - did you do anything differently last night or do you just think it was "luck"?

  • I just changed my thinking about it. If I get it in my mind that it doesn't matter how it turns out, it's much easier. I've found that some times that's all it takes and they pick up on your relaxed-ness. :)
