Intro and birth story

Hello! Just thought I would introduce myself, had a mc last April and I just had my rainbow baby on May 19th. DH and I are so happy, our DD is named Madison Alaina. She is so sweet and will be 3 weeks on Sunday (:

And my birth story (written may 23rd)

Contractions started at 11:44 and were 4 minutes apart. Went to l&d at 3:30 where I was contracting 2-3 mins but I was still was the same 3-4 cm 50% effaced. They called my doctor and she asked if I wanted to start pitocin since I was coming in Wednesday to be induced. I accepted and they first broke my water 8 something and then started a low dose. Everything was fine until 4:30 in the morning I was in horrific pain for 45 mins to an hour. The epidural had worn off on my left side but by the time i was pushing, the medicine kicked in again. Madison Alaina arrived at 6:35 am on may 19th she weighed 7 lbs and 9 ozs and was 19 and an half inches with dark brown hair and blue eyes.

She was NICU from the day she was born because of the cord being wrapped tightly twice around her neck but last night she finally got to go home. DH and I are so in love and just so thankful for her. Anyways here is Madison (:
