Sorry for the massive AW, just so proud of how far she's come. She's been rocking it recently, consonant babbling and crawling all over the place. It's getting hard for me to believe she was ever that 2-pound little preemie from last June.

June 27th (but due September 12th originally). I think we're having the party that weekend, but nothing big... Just family and possibly a friend or two who have children around the same age. DH isn't the most social person and my family isn't known for party events, lol.

Yeah, we do EarlyOn. The last time she came, she was a little concerned that Skye wasn't using consonant chains or inferior pincer grasp, but go figure... A week or two after the appointment she starts using consonant couples (skipped chains completely), the regular pincer grasp to feed herself (skipped inferior completely), AND took off crawling. So that was just about the biggest relief ever.

How is Connor?

He's doing well. I can see him progressing, for sure, but the physical stuff is harder for him due to his size and low muscle tone in his shoulders. I don't think he will be crawling until closer to 1 and walking closer to Christmas. Our pedi referred us to Physical Medicine and Rehab at UofM for an evaluation to make sure there wasn't a bigger cause for his hypotonia other than him being a preemie. I think she is just being very proactive and a little over reactive, but we shall see! EI doesn't think there is anything else going on besides his prematurity and hating TT Smile
